Keep It Simple

“Things do not happen.

Things are made to happen.”

“Events” are brought about

through deliberate planning and action,

and do not happen ‘just by chance.’

Inventions,

such as the telephone, computer and television,

do not simply ‘appear’,

but they are worked on for a number of years

before we see them work

and

use them in our everyday lives.

Many of these

make our lives easier

and some even save lives.

Our dreams,

desires and

goals are exactly the same.

We need to plan them

and then really work

at making them come true.

When we do this,

we are owning our lives.

Having and keeping

control of our lives.

We can also “shape” our worlds by doing this,

and even the communities we live in.

We may live in a complex society,

but we can keep our lives simple.
