My Masochistic Obsession

by ~wren~

By ~wren~Published about 10 hours ago 1 min read

My heart aches etched in blood,

When I see those eyes my world floods.

A deep crimson so dark and thick,

My lungs collapse when fate plays her trick.

A verdant flame dusted with bronze specks,

So blindingly beautiful my body wrecks.

At the sight of the forbidden fruit,

Laced with venom upon my pursuit.

My teeth sink into its fleshy skin,

Its rotten core burns like gin.

I viciously crave the juicy bitterness it possesses,

The way my heart over you obsesses.

So violent, malicious and true,

Is my forbidden love for you.
