Ah, the irony of flying at this moment in time as the United States is simultaneously bombing Iran - the nation officials have insisted for decades is "The World's Greatest Terror Regime" - while the TSA is on a go-slow, courtesy of a funding squeeze that's left its officers unpaid, quitting in droves, and turning checkpoints into something like slow-moving bread lines.

I missed this one. Sorry Lonzo. Brain fog has set in, this is bringing a lot of attention to so many negatives these days. Many are turned off, including myself from the great joy of writing, reading and enjoyment which existed prior to the unpleasant vibes. I hope to find the will to write a story here. Only way to stop them - stand up to them. Like what you're doing here. Will have to think about this. I have a real life story which I might write about but I love the fact that you are addressing this through a challenge and Alex is a star too. Sorry to hear about nasty comments. I was taught by my mother "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." Seems fair to me. Congrats on TS too.

Bullies are loved by the media, they are the ones that create engagement. You put something positive out there , no one bats an eyelid, you say something nasty, they slock like moths to a flame Excellent poem
