Cop shows and planning the week
Tired and resisting
How does it work?

Receiving the gift of FINALLY understanding, oneself. Centered and gentle with yourself and others, amid chaos. Resting in faith, amongst misunderstandings, passed judgments, uncertainties, and poor health.

This poem is dedicated to the man who changed the direction of my life. We met when neither of us were ready for love, yet somehow we became exactly what the other needed. You saved me in ways words struggle to explain, and in loving you I found the strength to heal too. I know our story was never about bad timing. It was about two souls meant to meet, grow, and choose each other forever.

The short form of tomorrow is never the whole story. Abbreviations mean nothing when we are born to die and we all are aren't we? Being spoken for before birth is something we're not supposed to remember like some kind of karma after effect. Still here we are spending our lives looking for each other.
