Morbid Lonnie
Lonnie stepped into her empty apartment. It was 6 on this Monday evening and she just finished a shift. âIâm home!â She said to no one in particular. She tossed her keys in the bowl she uses as a key holder and passed the photograph next to it. She still couldnât see them. It had been three years and she still couldnât see their facesâŚit started with her grandma and then her grandpa. She couldnât remember their laughter or voices.

Love Without Labels
A Story of Courage, Defiance, and Timeless Love There are movies that entertain. Then there are films that shift your soul, that whisper truths society tries to bury. Elisa & Marcela (2019), directed by Isabel Coixet, is one such masterpiece. Based on a true story from early 20th century Spain, it chronicles the love between two womenâElisa SĂĄnchez Loriga and Marcela Gracia Ibeasâwho defied the odds to be together in a world where their love was seen as sin.
